I realized that I needed to pay more attention to my style when I was
about 9 years old. I thought pairing a striped shirt and patchwork-plaid
pants was genius because, "The colors match." My family mocked me, but I
knew that I was secretly on to something. (Have you seen the runways these
days?!) I've been obsessed with personal style ever since.

I love Thai peanut noodles, Real Simple Magazine, Melamine serving pieces,
little black dresses, stationary, and hot pink high heels. My style focus
lies in unique design, good quality, and a fair price. I'm also into
gadgets, so occasionally I'll post about the cool pieces I stumble across.

I've been writing professionally for the last few years. A few of my
essays have been featured on the radio, and I also maintain my personal
